Her Conference High School

Super exciting news for all of the female prospies out there: HerCampus.com, the largest online hub for college women, is hosting their second annual High School Conference on February 7th in Boston and we’ve got the hookup!

Quick Deets

When: February 7, 2015
Where:
Northeastern University’s Curry Student Center
Time:
9:15am-4pm
Sponsors:
Pinkberry, Chipotle (YAASSSS), Dormify, and many more!

HerCampus.com was launched in 2009 by Windsor Hanger, Stephanie Kaplan, and Annie Wang. It has helped millions of college women (“collegiettes”) across the globe totally rock their college years and beyond, and the site has a super rad High School section to help “pre-collegiettes” navigate the college admissions process and those pre-college jitters.

In addition, dozens of TP staffers have worked with Her Campus as High School Ambassadors, National Contributors, Campus Correspondents, and much more, so needless to say, we’re huge fans.

What the Conference Includes

If you head to Boston, you’ll get to see some super exciting things:

  • Keynotes from Ryan Scheuer, Assistant Director of Admissions at Northeastern, and Tammy Tibbetts, founder of She’s The First
  • Lunch sponsored by Chipotle (we know half of the people reading this are already clicking the “Register” button)
  • Panels on every topic you could possibly imagine: Finding the right college fit, picking extracurriculars in college, packing for college, the works.

Special discount for TP readers: Even better, for being such awesome prospies, you all get a special discount code! Type “TheProspect15” when registering and you’ll get $15 off of your ticket. $10 to attend a super amazing event with stellar speakers, great food (all about the Chipotle life), and tons of interesting content? Count us in.

In addition, I’ll be there moderating panels, so if you end up coming, tweet at me or email me to let me know and definitely say hi!
